Search Parameters

As well as the system SDLT reference and postcode, new search fields of client last name and your own unique reference number will be available. Your own case reference will appear in the dashboard list underneath the SLDT reference.

Case Status: With Client

We have introduced a new case status of 'With Client'. For cases where we have requested some further information from the purchasers prior to calculation we have created a new status. This is to help identify cases that are with the tax team, and those that are waiting for further information or documentation from your clients.

View Case Opens in New Tab

The view case icon will now open the case details in a new tab on your browser. This enables you to retain your search criteria and potentially open multiple cases in different tabs. The dashboard remains in real-time reflecting any adjustments you make in other tabs.
