Special Transaction Types

The options for special transaction types (Trusts, Islamic Finance, Shared ownership etc) have been added to the certificate even when none have been selected. This is so the purchaser has full visibility of the selections available.

First-Time Buyers (FTB)

There are a number of circumstance when although a purchaser may never have purchased a residential property before they are ineligible for FTB relief. We have added a specific question if FTB is indicated to cover these scenarios. These also now appear on the certificate if FTB has been indicated.

Invoices on Dashboard

We have removed the invoices for the platform from the dashboard view. This streamlines the dashboard ready for some changes planned for May.
